Thank you for supporting our Arkansas-grown, non-GMO, family-farmed rice. We stand behind the quality of every bag we ship.

📦 All Sales Are Final — But Quality Is Guaranteed

Due to the nature of our food products and our commitment to freshness, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the product arrives damaged, spoiled, or significantly different from what was ordered.

🚨 If Something’s Wrong

If your order arrived with an issue (e.g. torn packaging, incorrect item, or clear spoilage), please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [your email] with:

A brief description of the issue

A photo of the product and packaging

Your order number

We’ll make it right — either with a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

❗ Important Notes

We cannot accept returns due to taste preferences, shipping delays outside our control, or failure to read product descriptions (e.g. ordering brown rice instead of white).

If the wrong address was entered at checkout, we cannot offer a refund for undelivered orders.
